The people working the front desk were very honest about the extreme wait time. But I was checked in at 1258 and I walked out the door at 544. The woman who did the pre screen was very professional and almost warned of the wait. Even people with appointments were having to wait 2 hours. I’ve never experienced this before at any Concentra location.
I had a horrible experience at Concentra Blaine Clinic. I had a 12:30 appointment, but was 1 hour late due to obtaining required. They put me in Walk-in status when I got there and told be it could be up to a 3 hour wait. I waited over 4 hours and finally left after they could still not tell me when I was going to be seen by the doctor. Do not go to this clinic as they are under staffed and will lie to you about wait times. Horrible experience!!!!!!
The most unorganized clinic I have ever been to. They make you schedule an appointment and then make you wait for over 45 minutes, when all they had to do was draw blood. They need to figure out a better process to check people that come in (especially if you have and appointment). They shouldn't take walk ins before appointments. Think twice before going to them!!!!!
Friendly and helpful people. I also liked the ability to enter information prior to my appointment. I had to wait 45 minutes for the doctor. This occurred both times I visited and both times were simply for pre employment screenings.
I had a 9:30 appointment for my work which was blood draw, blood pressure and weight and height. I did not get in until 10:20. Obviously appointments do not matter. They were clearly understaffed. Last year the messed up my blood test. I will not be back.

I've had a good experience at Concentra.
I came in with the flu and strep throat and was treated pretty quick.
I came in at 8am and was out the door at 930 with a prescription and hope to feel better.
My diagnosis was spot on. After taking a couple doses of medicine I was able to sleep at night and was healthy 3 days later.
Staff was very friendly. I highly reccomend this urgent care facility ❗❗
Here for a DOT Medical Exam. Very simple, quick, routine thing to do. I've been here for an hour and a half, there is only one other person in the lobby. This place is trash.
Had an appointment for a DOT physical and waited an hour to be seen because they kept having all the drug test walk-ins seen before myself because “they’re quicker”. I had an appointment!!! Don’t ever come here
